Application Instructions
Welcome to the online application process! Please follow the steps below to complete your application.
1. Visit the Online Application Portal
Go to the portal and fill out the required sections carefully:
- Personal Information
- Educational Background
- Guardian Information
- Language Skills
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
💳 After Submitting the Application:
Visit your Dashboard to submit the admission fee.
- Download the Challan Form from your dashboard.
- Payment Methods:
- Pay at the designated bank using the challan form.
- Pay online via your banking app using the provided account details.
2. Required Documents:
Make sure to attach the following documents:
- Recent Passport-Size Picture
- CNIC (Front Side)
- CNIC (Back Side)
- SSC Mark Sheet
- HSSC Mark Sheet (Part-I) or Complete HSSC Mark Sheet (Part-I & Part-II Combined)
- Personal Statement (300-500 words)
In your personal statement, please include:
- Your academic goals and interests.
- Why you are choosing PGI.
- Relevant skills and experiences that align with your chosen program.
3. Undertaking
Tick the checkbox to confirm your agreement with the terms. Once completed, you can submit your application form.
Once you’ve made the payment, upload the Deposit Slip (if you paid at the bank) or the Proof of Online Payment (if you paid online) to your application.
💡 Important Information:
If you wish to apply for Scholarship/Financial Aid, complete the Financial Aid Form from your dashboard.
Note: Scholarship applications will only be processed after full admission fee payment.
Scholarship Decision Timeline:
- Scholarship decisions will be announced on August 16, 2025 (or earlier in some cases).
